He is currently gardening at a retirement estate with an incredible ethos and a wealth of history.</p><p><br></p><p>As ever we had a wonderful rambling chat, which incorporated all of Paul’s journey in horticulture.</p><p><br></p><p>We even chatted about how undervalued the industry is and how poorly paid it is for the level of skill and knowledge there is.</p><p><br></p><p>Join us again next week for another chat with someone from the world of horticulture.
