It’s Halloween season, and Somewhere on the Screen is looking to the skies for a terrifying deep dive into found footage alien abduction movies! Ryan Sprague is joined by TV/film writer Andrew Sanford and film/stage actor Nick Westemeyer to revisit four unsettling takes on extraterrestrial terror:
- The McPherson Tape (1989)
- The Fourth Kind (2009)
- Slumber Party Alien Abduction from V/H/S/2 (2013)
- Alien Abduction (2014)
But this isn’t just a movie review. We go behind the scenes with Jillian Clare, star of "Alien Abduction," Dean Alioto, writer/director of the groundbreaking "The McPherson Tape" and Jason Eisner, director of "Slumber Party Alien Abduction," to hear firsthand how these alien nightmares were brought to life. It’s a Halloween movie review party of cosmic proportions. Keep the camera rolling… and whatever you do, don’t look up!
