He oversees the Commission's technical department, supervising environmental and natural resource management initiatives, regional stabilization efforts and partnerships with international development organizations.</p><p><br></p><p>With extensive experience in transboundary water governance, environmental management and regional cooperation, Hycinth works closely with member states and development partners to strengthen ecosystem restoration, climate resilience and peacebuilding across the Lake Chad Basin.
