Where do groundbreaking ideas-driven research meet real-world impact?
Welcome to The Archive & The Studio, the official podcast from the London Arts and Humanities Partnership (LAHP). Hosted by Catherine McDonald from Research Podcasts, this series takes you inside the minds of outstanding doctoral researchers across London who are bridging the gap between historical scholarship and modern public engagement.
The title represents the two distinct worlds that arts and humanities researchers inhabit: the quiet, rigorous discovery of the Archive and the creative, experimental energy of the Studio. Through candid, insightful conversations recorded at Queen Mary, University of London, our guests unpack why their research matters and how they hope to transform society, culture, policy, and industry.
LAHP supports outstanding doctoral research across the arts and humanities and provides an enriched research environment for doctoral researchers through training, cohort development, collaborations and partnerships.
