Dominic is both the Lead of the UHSussex Hospitals Trust Carers' Network but is also a carer himself whilst also living with a health condition which has meant he has had physical (and mental) challenges which puts him in a unique position of having emphathy with great learned skills of how to navigate work versus home life. His humour shines through and his empathy is to be envied!.
