This is where You Go Bro begins.I never actually planned to work with men. My work started in women’s spaces, but somewhere along the way men began opening up to me in my DMs, in conversations with mates and family, and eventually inside my coaching work. The more I listened, the more I realised how much was being carried behind closed doors.
Identity. Sex. Shame. Dating. Relationships. Pressure. Loneliness.
Not knowing what to say, what to do, or where the hell to put everything you’re feeling.
In this first episode, I’m sharing how I ended up in this work, what men have shown me over the years, the beautiful and sometimes difficult reality of holding this space, and why I believe men need somewhere they can be supported without being babied and challenged without being shamed.
