Still, quitting drinking didn’t happen immediately.</p><p>For nearly two years, Kori became sober curious. She took breaks from alcohol, tried to moderate her drinking, listened to sobriety podcasts, and wondered whether she really needed to quit alcohol completely.</p><p>Then on December 10, 2023, there was no dramatic rock bottom.
