The trail has a habit of changing our perspective: teaching us about resilience, generosity, connection, simplicity and the joy of being fully present.</p><p>As we close out the racing season, we explore how we can hold onto those lessons; and allow the benefits of the trail to ripple into our everyday lives, our families and our communities.</p><p>Because the Freedom Trail isn't only about getting to the finish.
