🌊 Wave #2 —Guarding Your Mind in a Digital Noise World
In Episode 75 of Jesus Company, host Kenny Price moves into Wave #2 of our Wave Upon Wave countdown—the relentless pressure of information overload, sensationalized media, and digital misinformation.
We live in a world where the news never stops, notifications never sleep, and our phones can deliver an endless stream of headlines, outrage, fear, and conflicting information directly into our minds.
What happens when the constant barrage begins to drown out the voice of God?
Kenny explores the psychological, relational, and spiritual toll of living in an always-connected world—and how the steady demand for our attention can leave us mentally fatigued, emotionally anxious, and spiritually distracted.
This episode is both a guide toward mental clarity and a prayer alert for the church, challenging us to recognize when our media habits begin shaping our view of reality more than God’s Word.
Through Isaiah 26:3 and Philippians 4:8 (CSB), Kenny points us back toward a better way: fixing our minds on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable—and discovering the peace that comes when our minds remain anchored in Christ.
