🌊 Wave #3 — Citizens of an Unshakeable Kingdom
In Episode 74 of Jesus Company, host Kenny Price enters the top three national stressors in our Wave Upon Wave series with Wave #3: societal division, political hostility, and cultural polarization.
With national surveys showing that 65% of American adults experience significant daily stress from political division and more than 70% report strained personal relationships, Kenny explores the emotional and spiritual toll of living in an outrage-driven culture.
But what happens when the noise of earthly politics begins to compete with the peace of Christ?
This episode serves both as a guide for believers seeking inner peace and a prayer alert for the broader church. Kenny examines how political hostility can pull our attention away from Jesus and reminds us to keep our eyes fixed on Him (Hebrews 12:2).
Through Philippians 3:20 and John 14:27 (CSB), we are reminded that our deepest identity isn’t found in a political party, cultural tribe, or earthly nation. We are citizens of heaven—called to live as ambassadors of Christ’s unshakeable peace in a divided world.
