Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is heading back to Australian television — this time to support the next generation of young chefs!
Meghan is set to appear as a special guest on Junior MasterChef Australia when the popular cooking competition returns in 2027. She will join host Poh Ling Yeow to encourage and mentor young contestants as they showcase their cooking skills and creativity.
The announcement comes after Meghan’s appearance as a guest judge on MasterChef Australia in July 2026. Her appearance attracted considerable attention, and she apparently enjoyed the experience enough to accept another invitation.
Meghan said she had an incredible time working with the MasterChef team and described the opportunity to return as “an easy yes.” She also shared her excitement about seeing what the young contestants create, explaining that she loves cooking with her own children.
The upcoming series marks the return of Junior MasterChef Australia after a six-year break. With Poh’s culinary experience and Meghan’s enthusiasm for food, the show aims to inspire a new generation of aspiring cooks.
Meghan has also explored food and lifestyle television through her Netflix series With Love, Meghan. Her latest project adds another chapter to her television career beyond her earlier acting role in Suits.
The new season is expected to air on Network 10 in 2027. For now, viewers will have to wait for further details about the filming schedule and the young contestants.
