US President Donald Trump is angry with Prime Minister Keir Starmer after he refused to allow the US to use UK airbases to launch its initial offensive on Iran. He has since given approval for American aircraft to use UK bases.
But how much damage did this decision by the UK government do to relations with the UK's closest ally - and can it be repaired?
