When I started my clinic back in 2007 in Hartlepool — one of the poorest towns in the UK — I faced every obstacle you can imagine. No doctor referrals. No money in the town. Everyone brainwashed to believe physio should be free. And yet, I still built a cash-pay practice that scaled to four locations, brought in over £60K a month, and served more than 1,000 visits monthly.
How did I do it?
Not by being the best physio.
I did it by becoming a world-class marketer of my physio business.
