Oh my gosh, Hi! Thanks for tuning in! If you’ve been here from the start, thank you for your patience and I am so happy to be back to making this little show. If you’re new here, about 4 months ago I paused the podcast to focus on my mental health. However I am finding you, welcome welcome and thanks for being here. Today I wanted to do 2 simple things on episode 8 as I get back into the swing of Bedtime Snack:
Number 1: Catch up together and give a little insight to my recent mental health and life journey. I won’t go too into detail about it all, but I will touch on some things like OCD, therapy, and religious trauma, so if that isn’t something you are in a place to hear discussed, please take care of yourself and consider this a trigger warning.
Number 2: After that, let’s keep things super light, fun, and whimsical- I’m going to talk about all the tiny joys I’ve found in my life over the last 4 months- mindsets, good advice, meals, and fun purchases.
