In the middle of her law degree she took off to go and live and work in a hostel in Buenos Aires. Once she had her travels out of her system, she returned to work in a law firm.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>One evening, her housemates brought home a lovely Irish man with the intention of setting her up, and sure didn’t they only fall in love, get married and move to Ireland.
