Whether it’s your relationships, your health, your finances or your future, uncertainty can feel deeply uncomfortable, and for some people, almost unbearable.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I explain why uncertainty affects us in this way, and why your reaction to it doesn’t mean you’re weak or dramatic.
