Benny has just rolled back in from a very wet and muddy Deni Ute Muster and has definitely seen better days and Ames is pumped as the NRL Grand Final is on in the background as she cheers on her beloved Newcastle Knights while we record this week’s episode.
There’s been plenty happening over the past couple of week’s kicking off with a huge few days on the Gold Coast for Podcast Royale 3.0 with plenty of tales to tell from the hectic lead up, the fight night itself, the after party, a ripper Sunday sesh and so many highlights catching up with the legends that we got to meet! Ames nearly turned this into the Newcastle Knights Supporters Podcast as she had plenty of details about their history and success 25 years so the question is has she just jumped on the band wagon or does she really bleed red and blue? Benny has been line dancing, featuring in music videos and getting his boots muddy at Deni with plenty of mates.
Wrapping up this week, the fact October is Mental health month has caught our eye so make sure you do something to look after yourself and your mates this October because before we know it the silly season will be upon us. Enjoy legends.
