Villain is a job on a reality show, and it comes with requirements. Behavioral analyst Elle Schwartz lists five of them, then hands you a Next Gen NYC cast member who meets every single one.
This is the Part One preview of the first ever Next Gen NYC reunion, and it starts where the night actually starts, with the seating chart. Bravo posted it, and it tells you the whole evening before anybody speaks. Ariana Biermann sits first chair on one side. Charlie Zakkour sits first chair on the other. Liam Obergfoll is on her row. Hudson McLeroy is at the far end of Charlie's, and those two are reportedly not speaking, which makes that entire row a conflict row. Then count the chairs. Twelve. Kendall White is listed with the cast and is not one of them.
From there Elle lays out the five requirements for the job. Everybody's story has to run through you. You have to cooperate with the label instead of fighting it. Nobody can be protecting you. You have to stay calm while everybody else loses it. And you have to say the incriminating part yourself, so the network never has to take a position.
Then she runs Charlie against all five. His whole year sits inside other people's storylines. Ariana's season gets graded against him. Liam says I love you for the first time at half past five in the morning, inside a conversation about Charlie. Emira D'Spain spends four episodes cleaning up a fight she did not start. Georgia McCann says she owes it to Emira to be honest, and the thing she owes the truth about is him. Told he was being called the bad boy, Charlie said, \"I like it. I'll take it.\" And he told a producer he could see a clearer world where he might have to step on Liam's toes if the opportunity arises. Bravo never has to call him anything. It just plays his own tape back.
Elle is careful about the line she will not cross, and she says so on air. This is documented conduct and the edit built around it. Who he is as a person is something nobody watching can tell you.

And then the turn. A hub that convenient is also a place to set the blame down. Ava Dash said the line first. Gia Giudice narrated the doubt about a couple she introduced. So when the room finally turns on one chair tonight, count initiations instead of counting volume.
