That experience led him to rethink masculinity, privilege and the role men need to play in building fairer and healthier cultures.
They talk about why so many men are still reluctant to step into inclusion work, the risks men face when they challenge sexist or outdated norms in the workplace and the loneliness that can come from becoming “the only” man willing to speak up.
The conversation also explores Daniele’s Hard As Nails campaign, which invites men to paint their nails and reflect on the stereotypes that shape how they are seen.
