Episode 22 - The Party Line on the resistance to Herzog visit and The Epstein Files
Omar is looking dashing this episode, with a bright vest to cheer us up. Speaking of cheer, we take a look at the excellent fighting skills of young kids in America against a racist MAGA man. With Herzog touching down in Australia on Monday, the crew discuss the repression coming from NSW police, the massive protests expected to take place and the role Socialist Party members across the country have played in organising and promoting the actions. We then hear from WAsoc member Clare Francis about the successful party conference in Perth. Finally, the team then discusses the vile Epstein files and what it shows you about the nature of the ruling class under capitalism. In particular we look at Lord Mendelson, Bill Clinton, Noam Chomsky and Ehud Barak. Stay tuned to the end for some book recommendations to help fuel the fight against women’s oppression.
