I talk openly about what this diagnosis means, the treatment plan ahead, whether I'll ever be able to run again, and the emotional impact of facing an uncertain future.</p><p><br></p><p>I also share how this setback has changed my perspective and strengthened my passion for helping other runners achieve their goals through coaching.</p><p><br></p><p>Then we reconnect with the incredible Norman Joe, who is currently attempting to circumnavigate the globe on a unicycle.
