This is the fourth episode: “Another Piranha in the Tank”.

Quite a few listener messages on our latest episode, one of which leads us to perform a deep dive on Gil Gunderson, a minor character who makes regular appearances as of Season 9 and whose defeated outlook on life makes Hans Moleman look like a member of Hurrah For Everything.

Michael’s second pick from Season 4 is the heart-warming “Lisa’s First Word”, an evergreen episode that whisks us back to a time when Homer and Marge were young and carefree, where little Bart struggles with jealousy towards Baby Lisa and where Lisa’s vocabulary was no bigger than Homer’s. We pick our favourite moments from the episode – and one hidden gem. As well as this, we introduce our new Treehouse Of Horror section. Which, be warned … isn’t very scary at all.

If you would like to send us a voice message to include in the show, we have set up a special page on SpeakPipe: https://www.speakpipe.com/EatThePudding.
