It’s uncomfortable, but denial only keeps you stuck.</li><li>As you listen to the episode, identify which of the warning signs resonate with you.</li><li>Pinpoint the trigger that caused you to drift away from yourself. Did it begin with a relationship, a job, a friendship, or something else?</li><li>Think back to a time when you didn’t feel lost.
