","description":"<p>On the 26th January 2011, Sam Goldberg returned to his apartment he shared with his fiancé, Ellen Greenberg, following using the gym and found the door closed from the inside, he tired to gain access by calling Ellen's name, sending texts and banging on the door - eventually, he broke the door down and found Ellen lying on their. kitchen floor dead and surrounded by blood. </p><p><br></p><p>The autopsy that followed found that Ellen had 20 stabs wounds to her body, including 10 to back of her head and neck, with the final blow appearing to be to her heart, the first autopsy confirmed homicide as the cause of death  - medical professionals over the years have stated that the areas stabbed to her neck would've left her incapacitated however, despite this, her cause of death was later ruled as suicide. </p><p><br></p><p>Nearly 15 years later, and with multiple reviews of the case - the cause of death has remained the same, but with police failings meaning that the apartment was search following crime scene clean up, and failing to obtain statements, could Ellen's death really be murder?
