Declan breaks down the 3DownNation article talking about how much the Elks are currently spending in their offensive line and how GM Ed Hervey says he has no plans to make salary cuts on the line. Eddie says who he thinks will be playing at what position and the confidence Ed has in the rest of the team, being OK spending around 1/5 of the cap on the O-line.
