The International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration had its inaugural event 15 years ago. Since then over 70 Ontario wineries have participated. One of the founding wineries was Tawse - and in the final edition of the Cool Sip - André Proulx sits down with Winemaker Jessica Otting and Vineyard Manager Augusta Van Muyen to talk about what makes their Chardonnay cool.
