He is a marketing and communications strategist who has worked in higher education for over 25 years with a singular purpose: to build a reputation and profile to drive institutional success. Frost holds a BA and MA in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, where his thesis explored how contemporary universities were branded.</p>","author_name":"Carleton University School of Journalism & Communication"}
