Happiful is a mental health and wellbeing organisation that consists of five online directories where you can find counsellors, coaches, hypnotherapists, nutritionists and holistic therapists. Happiful also publishes a monthly magazine of the same name, bringing mental health and wellbeing topics into mainstream media.</p><p><br></p><p>Following on from her own mental health difficulties, Kat has dedicated her career to helping people find the support they need to feel more content - whether that be through professional support, or self-awareness work.
