Comedian Tom Burton visits his pal Mayor Ashley when local waterlogged man Burden (played by Lukas Quinn arrives at the Mayor's office with tales of how he got to Palsville: as a completely naked man in a basket that arrived in the river that borders town. As they all talk, they don't just unravel the truth of Burden's past, but also of Tom's. From moonsync to suncrest, these three find out what it really means to go from hog to hole.
