Mick swapped his habitual drinking with a challenge to run 5k a day for a full year.
What followed was an entirely new life perspective and purpose.
On his nightly runs Mick met a family living in their car who needed help, he has found his confidence and voice as an advocate for a sobriety journey and he appreciates now how much time, energy and purpose drinking alcohol was stealing from him.
