In this episode we are joined by Pádraig Walsh, behavioural psychologist and founder of ChangeAble Behaviour Solutions, with over 15 years of experience applying behavioural science to real-world challenges. He is a noted media contributor, lecturer at Irish universities, and focuses on human-centered design, motivation, and behavioural insights.
We talk about our psychology and motivations around change, the rise in at home drinking post pandemic and the modelling impact our behaviours and drinking can have on our children living with us.
