It's been 40 long years in the Feraelands since Judicia, Ansel, Thalia and Yara vanished. Following Ansel's wish to free the frontier's warlocks of their ties and pacts with the Nine Hells, devilkind has been left scrambling to convince mortals to sign away their souls.
Even in the hero's absence, mankind's indomitable belief in one another has preserved the frontier, but something sinister is looming on the horizon.

In the first volume of \"Tales From the Road\" we follow four rough-and-tumble frontier mercenaries as they travel to a small westward town called San Nyx as they face a terrifying, blood-thirsty threat. But an easy meal isn't the only thing these sunlight-fearing beasts are hunting for. As our troupe uncover more of the town's secrets, they realize they may be facing something threatening the town's relationship with the man who runs their one place of solace.
