Mr Quinn, from Cullyhanna, Co Armagh, was beaten to death by a gang of around a dozen men. He had been lured to the shed by a number of men and the investigation into his murder is ongoing.</p><p><br></p><p>The murder took place during a sensitive time of the Northern Ireland peace process, just months after the power-sharing government was restored.</p><p><br></p><p>Paul's mum Breege joined us on The Agenda this morning and she broke down on air while making a very emotional plea for ‘justice’ 18 years after his killing.  </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>","author_name":"lmfm "}
