In this episode, I'm sharing a big life update.
I've finally done something I've been thinking about for a long time: I've told my boss and my colleagues about my plans to leave my job and pursue my business full-time.
And what struck me most wasn't the conversation itself - it was what happened before it.
That tiny moment of clarity.
That half-second where you suddenly know.
Before the fear rushes in.
Before the doubts.
Before your mind starts listing all the reasons why you shouldn't.
I've come to realize that when that moment arrives - when you genuinely feel ready, even for just a second - it's time to pay attention.
In this episode, I talk about what it means to trust that feeling and take action before fear talks you out of it.
But I also talk about something we don't discuss nearly enough:
The things we need to let go of.
Because every new chapter requires space.
We're often taught to focus on what we want to add to our lives - more success, more freedom, more opportunities, more fulfillment.
But just as important, maybe even more important, is asking:
What needs to be released?
What needs to end?
What version of you, what habit, what identity, what role, or even what dream needs to be honored and let go of to make room for what's next?
Because sometimes the hardest decisions aren't about leaving something we hate.
Sometimes they're about leaving something we love.
And that's exactly where I find myself right now.
This is a conversation about courage, endings, identity, and trusting yourself enough to follow the life that's calling you - even when it means letting go of something beautiful.
