In today’s episode, I dive into something that’s been on my mind lately—AI, ChatGPT, and the stories we attach to the tools around us.
I use the hand as a metaphor: our hands can create connection, beauty, safety… but they can also harm. The hand itself isn’t good or bad—it’s how we choose to use it that gives it meaning. I believe the same is true for AI.
There’s so much fear in the collective right now around artificial intelligence. But what if, instead of fearing it, we started seeing it as a powerful creative partner—something that can help us bring more life, truth, and soul into the world?
Because whatever we approach with fear tends to grow in fear. But when we choose intention, presence, and meaning—we create something entirely different.
