Based on the 1987 film, <em>Dirty Dancing</em> is written by Eleanor Bergstein, with direction by Federico Bellone and choreography by Austin Wilks.<br/><br/>Charlotte first joined <em>Dirty Dancing</em> in 2007, understudying Penny at the Aldwych Theatre. She went on to play the role in the show&apos;s first-ever national tour, West End revival at the Piccadilly Theatre and the original German production in Berlin.<br/><br/>Last year Charlotte starred as Kathy Selden in Jonathan Church&apos;s production of <em>Singin’ In The Rain</em> (Sadlers Wells and UK/International tour) to huge acclaim. <br/><br/>Some of her other theatre credits include: Alex Owens in <em>Flashdance</em> (International Tour), Tina Sparkle in<em> Strictly Ballroom</em> (Piccadilly Theatre/West Yorkshire Playhouse/Toronto), Dale Tremont in <em>Top Hat </em>(Aldwych Theatre/UK Tour), Margot in <em>Legally Blonde</em> (Korea), Bombalurina in <em>Cats</em> (European Tour) and Patty Simcox/understudy Sandy in <em>Grease</em> (UK Tour).<br/><br/><em>Dirty Dancing </em>runs at the Dominion Theatre until 29th April.
