He previously understudied the role in the West End production at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.<br/><br/>Carl also understudied Romeo in <em>&amp; Juliet </em>(Shaftesbury Theatre) and, most recently, was alternate L in <em>Death Note</em> (Apollo Theatre).<br/> <br/>Carl&apos;s early theatre credits include: title role in Disney’s <em>Aladdin</em> (USA), understudy Galileo in<em> We Will Rock You</em> (RCCL) and <em>The Who’s Tommy</em> (USA).
