I explain how these cards relate to everyday life, from balance and choice to growth, collaboration, heartbreak, and healing. </p><p>I begin with a quick recap of the lower arcana as a set of practical, guiding cards used for reflection and journaling. </p><p>I shares how a recent tarot pull gave me clear, useful reminders about what was showing up in my life, especially through reversed cards that felt surprisingly accurate.</p><p><br></p><p>I then breaks down the four tarot suits:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Pentacles: material life, money, possessions, and the physical realm</li><li>Wands: creativity, passion, movement, and forward energy</li><li>Cups: emotions, relationships, and emotional connection</li><li>Swords: thoughts, decisions, truth, and mental energy</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The episode goes card by card through the twos:</p><ul><li>Two of Pentacles: balance, juggling priorities, and managing the physical/material side of life</li><li>Two of Wands: choice, planning ahead, expansion, and stepping into possibility</li><li>Two of Cups: connection, romance, partnership, and emotional unity</li><li>Two of Swords: indecision, stalemate, avoidance, and the challenge of facing difficult truths</li></ul><p><br></p><p>I then moves into the threes:</p><ul><li>Three of Cups: friendship, community, celebration, joy, and support</li><li>Three of Wands: growth, momentum, expansion, and looking toward what comes next</li><li>Three of Pentacles: collaboration, teamwork, creativity in action, and working with others</li><li>Three of Swords: heartbreak, grief, betrayal, painful truth, and the thoughts that can keep us in pain</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Throughout the episode, I emphasises that tarot is not just predictive,  it’s a tool for self-reflection, journaling, and emotional processing.
