Recorded beside Goðafoss, one of the great waterfalls along Iceland’s Diamond Circle. The Skjálfandafljót river spreads across a wide arc of rock before dropping in a continuous white curtain below. From the edge of the falls the sound is powerful and constant, a dense steady rush of water with drifting spray and the deep resonance of the cascade meeting the river beneath.
