He has solo and assistant casting credits for acclaimed productions in the West End, regional theatres, UK tours and international projects.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Most recently, Ben cast the West End concert production of <em>Once On This Island</em> featuring Tony Award winner Alex Newell and is currently casting <em>Rumi: The Musical,</em> written by Nadim Naaman and Dana Al Fardan for the Dubai Opera Festival 2026. One of his highlights as Casting Director includes <em>Happy &amp; Glorious</em>, a short film starring Jane Asher and Nancy Carroll.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Alongside his independent projects, Ben works for Ginny Schiller CDG. Recent productions include Sir Trevor Nunn’s <em>Easy Virtue</em> for Cambridge Arts Theatre starring Greta Scacchi and Alice Orr-Ewing, Ralph Fiennes’ <em>As You Like It </em>for Theatre Royal Bath starring Dame Harriet Walter, and John Doyle’s <em>Alfred Hitchcock Presents</em> for Theatre Royal Bath starring Scarlett Strallen, Sally Ann Triplett and Alistair Brammer, as well as <em>The Secret Garden</em> for York Theatre Royal.</p><p><br></p><p>He is the founder of <em>RepresentAsian</em>, an initiative dedicated to championing Asian performers within the industry and advancing meaningful representation both on and off stage. Through this platform, he also provides scholarships to support young Asian individuals pursuing careers in the arts.</p><p><br></p><p>The next <em>RepresentAsian </em>concert takes place at the Lyric Theatre on Monday 9th November 2026.
