The heatwave officially hit Milton Keynes this week — and so did the chaos on The End Of The Week with Stuart & Rachael. Broadcasting live from what felt like a human air fryer, the duo kicked off Friday afternoon melting in real time, discussing deodorant failures, sweaty offices, garden work setups and whether Stuart’s bald head could be classed as a solar panel.
The show quickly turned into the ultimate summer soundtrack, packed with sunshine anthems, Eurovision nostalgia and listeners’ favourite summer bangers. Stuart and Rachael chatted about weekends in Stony Stratford, Eurovision classics like Waterloo and Making Your Mind Up, and why some Christmas songs should absolutely never be turned into summer songs.
