In this special Vision Edition of Window into Walsgrave, we explore the launch of Walsgrave CofE Academy's refreshed school vision.
Deputy Headteacher Mrs Ashworth and Reverend Tom Cook join us to discuss how the new vision was developed through collaboration with pupils, staff, governors and families. Together, they unpack the meaning behind our three key pillars: Belonging Together, Growing Together and Learning Together, and explain how these values sit at the heart of everything we do.
We also explore the biblical foundation of our vision, \"Rooted and built up in Jesus\" (Colossians 2:7), and reflect on how faith, community and a sense of belonging help every child thrive.
