About bloody time! RUNcensored finally welcomes another female guest, as Ben and Gary sit down with Hannah Cawthra from the SportsShoes' Trail & Outdoors team.
A passionate trail runner with years of experience working with The North Face, HOKA and now a retailer, Hannah brings a brilliant insight into the running industry. We chat footwear, race events, brand marketing, making a career out of running and how the industry is changing. She also shares how she discovered trail running through her partner Darren, why community matters and the difference between a traditional running club and a running community.
Dreaming about working in the running industry?
Hannah's story is packed with useful insights for anyone hoping to turn their passion into a career. And if you've ever wondered what it's like working with Ben, well, Hannah has first-hand experience. Unfortunately for her, she has to do it every day.
We finish the episode with one of our favourite features as she blind ranks 10 Running Icks. Play along at home, see whether you agree with Hannah's choices and let us know which running icks we've missed in the comments.
