I thought I had been hired for me.\"</p><p>(11:30) Keileigh&nbsp;[°2001 - Tennessee]: \"What is the best way to phrase this... I am younger in the creative field. I look up to my elders in arts administration, I admire them, I want to be like them. But then, they don't even say 'hi' to you when you are ushering.\"</p><p>(15:37) Preeti&nbsp;[°1973 - India]: \"My mother didn't get to have a career. But she has one now, in art. Her medium is what comes from domestic work, which she was made to do when she was young. I also took her for granted as a servant. She had so much more to say, that I was missing. It didn't end there.\"</p><p>(21:04) What do you deserve? A powerful life - to take up space - dignity - to be able to do it all.</p><p>\"All comments were spot on. That's what we deserve.\"</p><p><br></p><p>For each episode of FOR REAL, we get together with a group of people in a theater, to look into what it means to matter as a person.
