Helena Tubridy is a fertility and IVF coach and she joined me to help me talk about my fears around not becoming a mother.
In this episode we talk about fear of not being enough, fear and the financial toll, fear of hoping and when the decision is made to talk away, fear of not finding fulfillment.
This episode is a very personal one but one that I think is important. So many of these fears exist in the shadows. For the thousands of women, like me, I want to shine a light on the experience of being childless not by choice.
