With a PhD in somatic depth psychology and more than two decades of experience in integrative care, she supports individuals and organizations in leading from a place of embodied clarity and purpose. As a visually impaired leader, Elizabeth brings a unique and deeply attuned perspective to her work. Her approach is grounded in five core pillars: embodiment, empowerment, empathy, energy, and education. She also practices as a certified perinatal chiropractor in Ventura, California, and offers virtual coaching worldwide.
