The firm started with a merger arbitrage strategy and has since expanded to include a special purpose acquisition (SPAC) strategy and a convertible bonds strategy. In its 27-year-history, the firm has never had a down year. Glazer Capital has a 50-person team working on its strategies which makes it one of the largest teams dedicated to merger arbitrage on Wall Street.
