Fruit Grows. Gifts Are Given. Don’t Confuse the Two.
We don’t receive patience, joy, or self-control like a package in the mail — we grow them. 🌱 That’s why the Bible calls them the fruit of the Spirit, not the gifts.
Fruit grows through pressure, pruning, waiting, serving, and walking closely with Jesus. Joy grows in persecution. Patience grows in the wait. Self-control grows in the struggle. And the beautiful truth? God wastes nothing. Even the hard seasons are producing something eternal in you.
If you’re waiting — serve.
If it’s hard — stay planted.
If it hurts — trust the Gardener.
The fruit is growing… even when you don’t see it yet. 🍎✝️
