Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until all flour is combined.&nbsp;</p><p>2. Cover with cling film and leave overnight (8-12 hrs). It's okay to leave longer.&nbsp;</p><p>3. Dough will be double in size and bubbly.&nbsp;</p><p>4. Tip dough onto floured tea towel/baking paper and cover with another floured towel &amp; leave for 2 hours. Put into a ball shape.&nbsp;</p><p>5. Heat oven to 220°C and put in casserole dish for 30 mins.&nbsp;</p><p>6. After 30 mins, take out casserole dish and carefully tip in dough, with the bottom of dough facing upwards.&nbsp;</p><p>7. Cook for 30 mins with lid on. Remove lid after 30 mins and cook for a further 30 mins.&nbsp;</p><p>8. Remove from oven and put bread on cooling tray. When cooled store in a bread bag or wrap in tea towels.</p>","author_name":"Sarah Graham and Sean Miller"}
