Minmin and Maomao started planning their holiday menus days in advance. As adults now, we find ourselves missing the traditional dishes our moms used to make for Mid-Autumn Festival, and wanting to carry those flavors from memory into our own kitchens. Meanwhile, the annual Mid-Autumn performance at Maomao&#39;s kid&#39;s Chinese school gives the holiday an extra sense of occasion.
